Schedule 40 Lab Waste® Socket Fused Fittings

• Max. pressure: 180 psi Max. temp.: 200°F
System uses heat to fuse joints, for tamperproof, hermetically sealed systems for acid waste pipe drainage. Ideal for severe-usage chemical and hazardous fluid handling applications. Each joint can be installed in only 15 to 35 sec. once the heat fusing tool has warmed up. Joints are CPVC material and contain no metal to help assure there is no electrolysis. Complete systems meet meet ASTM E84 and F2618 standards and are UL and C-UL Listed. Socket Fusion Tools have an adjustable temperature control. 110V. Connecting fittings with Clear Cement is an economical solution that can be used instead of the socket fusion system. Material comes in a 1-step, easy-to-use, professional-grade formula.
