This Master Lock® Grip Tight™ Circuit Breaker Lockout Combo Pack helps prevent accidental engagement of electrical circuits during maintenance. It works on switches with or without holes and uses cleats, with clamp-on lockout, to assure positive restraint for breakers with long sliding switch throws. An innovative design helps lock out circuit breakers with a simple thumb turn and closing of the clamping handle for a tight grip on the toggle. Durable construction, of powder-coated steel and reinforced polymer, stands up in harsh environments while the compact design is easy to carry and store. Accepts most Master Lock and American Lock® safety padlocks and lockout hasps for full lockout. (Padlocks sold separately.) Includes one 491B and one 493B clamp-on circuit breaker lock devices. The 491B (3½”L x 1¼”W x 1¼”H) fits wide or tall breaker toggles typically found on hi-voltage/hi-amperage breakers. The 493B (3”L X ¾”W x ¾”H) fits standard height and tie-bar toggles typically found on 120 and 240 volt breakers. Suitable as part of a comprehensive OSHA compliant lockout/tagout safety program.
