Compressed Air Treatment

Compressed-air treatment products improve the quality and control the flow of compressed air to help pneumatic equipment operate properly. Air-line lockout valves help prevent accidental startups of air-operated equipment. Compressed-air filters clean airflow by trapping dirt, moisture, and other impurities. Compressed-air lubricators reduce wear on pneumatic components. Compressed-air regulators monitor air pressure exiting the compressor. Air dryers (such as desiccant, membrane, and regenerative air dryers) remove water vapor and oil aerosols to provide a clean, dry compressed-air stream. Filter-regulators and filter-regulator-lubricators are all-in-one units that eliminate the need to use individual components. Oil/water separators prevent oil from entering a compressor.
